Smoked a 14 pound brisket and this is how I did it.
Got it all rubbed up with some simple ingredients and tossed it on the smoker… it took about 12 hours to complete.
Once it hit 160 I double wrapped it with tin foil and continued to cook to 203.
I used apple chips for the smoke.
While I was hanging around the box all day I slang some arrows on a bow my buddy gave. (here come the experts 🙂
Either way… screw rules, bi laws and regulations… live free kick ass and Merica as much as you can!
